Overview

Flowers at MFBManor Farm Barn offers luxury bed and breakfast and onsite parking in a friendly family home. Located in the village of Aston, a small settlement still retaining its roots as a farming community, and offering a range of local amenities such as a shop, post office, pub and the local pottery and gift shop. The village is located within 10 minutes of the historic town of Witney which offers a wide range of shops and entertainments.

Situated on the edge of the countryside we are close to the River Thames and conveniently placed for Oxford, the Cotswolds and Stratford on Avon.

We aim to provide the best hospitality, offering high quality accommodation, fresh homemade foods and locally sourced meats.

The local area has a wealth of attractions and entertainment and Annie or Robin would be happy to offer advice on the most popular as well as the lesser known of these.

How to Find Us


From Witney

Take the A415 towards Abingdon.
After joining the A415 take the second right turn, signposted to Aston.
Follow the road to the village about 3.5 miles. In the centre of the village at the War Memorial/ Green turn left and almost immediately right into Bull Street.
Manor Farm Barn is about 400 yards down Bull Street on the right hand side, opposite a turn signed The Paddocks. We have a five barred gate on which is a sign for Manor Farm Barn.

From the South and South East via M4

Take Exit 13 on the M4 and head north along the A34 signed to Oxford for approximately 15 miles. Take the A415 turning towards Witney. Follow the A415 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the village of Standlake. At the end of the village the A415 takes a sharp turn to the right. Do not follow this road but turn left onto the B4449 towards Aston.
Follow the A4449 for approximately 4 miles until you come into the village of Aston. Pass the School and the Church on your right and just before the road turns to the right, turn left into Bull Street. If you pass the pub, you have gone too far!

From the West(A40)

Follow the A40 eastbound until you turn off onto the A415 towards Abingdon. Then follow the instructions from Witney above.

From the South West via M4

Take Exit 15 on the M4 and follow the signs to the A420 towards Oxford. Follow the A420 for approximately 15 miles to Kingston Bagpuize and turn left onto the A415 towards Witney.
At the end of the village the A415 takes a sharp turn to the right. Do not follow this road but turn left onto the B4449 towards Aston.
Follow the A4449 for approximately 4 miles until you come into the village of Aston. Pass the School and the Church on your right and just before the road turns to the right, turn left into Bull Street. If you pass the pub, you have gone too far!

From the North (M40)

Follow the M40 south to Junction 9 Take the A34 towards Oxford. After approximately 10 miles, leave the A34 and follow the signs to A40 towards Witney and Cheltenham. Follow the A40 for about 8 miles and then take the A415 towards Abingdon. Then follow the instructions from Witney above.

From the East (London (M40))

Take the M40 westbound to Junction 8. Exit on the A40 towards Oxford.
Follow the A40 past Oxford on the Northern Bypass to Witney (in the direction of Cheltenham). After approximately 8 miles after passing the turnoff to Oxford, take the A415 at Witney towards Abingdon. Then follow the instructions from Witney above.
